Bobby Moore is Chef Proprietor of Bobby Moore Restaurants, which includes Bis on Main Restaurant and Bar Moore on Main St. in Old Bellevue. Prior to Bobby Moore Restaurants, Chef Bobby was the Executive Chef of the Barking Frog at Willows Lodge, an award-winning luxury hotel and restaurant located in the heart of Woodinville Wine Country just 30 minutes north of Seattle.
For more than 20 years at Barking Frog, Chef Bobby was instrumental in launching Barking Frog into one of the Northwest’s premier restaurants and forging deep friendships and partnerships with local foragers, gardeners and winemakers in the heart of Washington’s wine community. Bobby has a longstanding passion for shared meals, preperations and experiences. He started working in restaurants at the age of 15, graduated from the Seattle Culinary Academy in 1997, and began his restaurant career at Fullers in Seattle where he rose in the ranks from back waiter, to line cook and eventually Sous Chef under the watchful eye of his mentor, Executive Chef Monique Barbeau.
